The NSF/ANSI 51 certification covers materials and coatings used in contact with food in the United States, ensuring they are not harmful to health and food safety.
LATI has over a dozen materials certified with the NSF/ANSI 51 standard with which it is possible to produce components and accessories for piping, faucets, distribution systems, gaskets, as well as parts of beverage dispensers, coffee machines, and kitchen robots.
The NSF/ANSI 51 certification has no legal value outside the United States but can still constitute an important added value in a globalized market. For the European market, reference is made to Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011.
