LATI confirms its commitment to sustainability by obtaining the 2025 EcoVadis Gold Medal, with a score of 83/100, the same achieved in 2024 when we earned the Platinum Medal.
This result confirms the solidity and continuity of our journey, in a context where EcoVadis evaluation criteria have become even more rigorous, making access to the Platinum level even more selective.

A Structured Path towards Sustainability
In recent years, we have launched a structured program to reduce environmental impact and contribute to the energy transition, in line with the Paris Agreement.
Decarbonization and Renewable Energy
We use 100% renewable electricity and have installed a 414 kW photovoltaic system in Gornate Olona. A high-efficiency trigeneration plant is nearing completion, and in 2025 we obtained ISO 50001 certification for Energy Management.
Efficiency and Digitalization
We have replaced LPG forklifts with electric vehicles. Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert software enables precise consumption monitoring and increased production efficiency.
Scope 1 Emissions Compensation
LATI has offset 88% of residual scope 1 emissions through certified projects, including Campo dei Fiori for the protection of the Varese territory and Wind Energy Project in India. This commitment was recognized with the ClimatePartner Campo dei Fiori Impact Award 2025.
Materials Innovation
In 2024, we developed 104 new projects, including 31 sustainable ones, using recycled or renewable raw materials. The LATIECO and LATIGEA lines express our circular and responsible approach.
Pollution Prevention
In 2025, LATI obtained the Operation Clean Sweep® certification, which attests to our commitment to preventing plastic pellet loss and improving emission extraction and abatement systems.
