(Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

The RoHS Directive lays down rules on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances – such as Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium (CrVI), brominated flame-retardants such as PBB (Polybromobiphenyls) and PBDE (Polybromodiphenylethers) and selected phtalates (Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)- in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) to protect human health and our environment.

LATI S.p.A., certified UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 always concerned about environmental issues, has developed, thanks to its R&D laboratories, alternative products free of the above-mentioned substances in order to meet the requirements of EEE manufacturers.

LATI S.p.A., through its Customer Assistance service, is available to support customers in the correct product choice.
