LATI adopts an integrated Quality, Environment and Health & Safety system. Drawing on its in-depth knowledge and a careful assessment of its production processes, LATI is determined to improve and monitor the global impact of its operations, so that it can constantly meet the demands of its customers and meet sustainability targets.

What this means for LATI is an ongoing commitment to careful choice of raw materials and appropriate processing of the same, and close attention to environmental and health and safety concerns, both in the development of its own materials and in its production activities.

All this is supported by complete openness and transparency towards those that LATI considers stakeholders: its staff and customers, as well as people living in the vicinity of its production sites, with whom LATI shares a deep sense of belonging to the local area.

LATI has always believed in the quality of its products and services. On March 16, 1993, it obtained certification of its quality system according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard, becoming the first company in Italy and the second in Europe to receive Certiquality certificate no. 041.

Continuous evolution in the direction of sustainable development is a priority for LATI.
LATI implements an environmental management system built around the following pillars: compliance with current legislation, environmental protection, and respect for the physical and mental integrity of the individual.

By applying these benchmarks, LATI became one of the first 100% Italian companies to obtain, on 19 May 1995, certification of its environmental management system according to the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard. The Vedano Olona and Gornate Olona sites are currently certified according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, having received Certiquality certificate no. 333.

LATI has always been attentive to workplace health and safety issues, and on 28 July 2020 it was certified according to UNI EN ISO 45001:2015, receiving Certiquality certificate no. 26303.
