LATI's response to the need for renewable and sustainable materials is found in the LATIGEA compounds.
The grade B01, developed by LATI to start the LATIGEA range, is based on a PLA synthesized from corn flour, biodegradable according to ISO 14851 and 14852 and compostable to EN 13432 for thin wall parts.

This grade was followed by materials derived from semi-crystalline PLA for high temperature applications and from other biodegradable resins and/or renewable sources, such as HDPE BIO.
Not only resins, but also fillers and reinforcements of natural origin: from vegetable fibre to food processing scraps.
